T-Wave Inversion in Pediatric Population

T-wave inversion is common. In fact, it's normal. It can be a normal finding up to the age of about 13 or 14. And so that automatically excludes one of the important criteria for diagnosis of ARVC. So I think there's no doubt that as our understanding of ARVC in the pediatric population improves, that we will be needing to think about diagnostic criteria that are more relevant to the pediatric population.
