Is Running Better for Your Knees Than Running?

The impact you receive wall running is actually quite good for the car g in your knees, ankle, hip and spine. Because cartilage has poor vascularisation and gets its nutritional substances from decompression and a compressing of the structure. So i guess running is good for that. As a quickness, as a quick side note, you need to build up your mileage gradually in order to prevent running related injuries.
