We're in the middle of this incredible mystery that science doesn't even begin to understand and we do not have any understanding about the nature of consciousness nor do we have a coherent physics so it's an invitation to celebrate. That's what I've said to people out of this diagnosis but it's but it flows from everything that we've talked about is yeah let's celebrate lean into this moment of the perfect gratitude of being awake.
