Time, money, resources, accountability are the key components of a successful partnership. "I will say like the amount of sort of a initial due diligence that we did with each other beforehand by far the most I had ever done with any," says Gary Cohn. If you protect those four areas, you could bring anybody in as a partner, but protecting those four areas at all costs is smart.
