i don't generally bake or cook, but like many people during the pandemic, i did a little bit of both. And i was surprised at how meditative i found the process of doing it. What do i need to be a baker? I usually say, find pleasure in the process. Find pleasure in measuring out the ingreient. The raw ingredients are uful im the way ingredients are transformed as you're, as you're working.
