How to Interrogate Your Values Around Love and Marriage

We live in a society that we've grown up or have been constantly sent all these messages about what love should look like and what is most important. How can people interrogate their values around love and marriage and maybe parse out some of those beliefs that are being swayed for the wrong reasons? It's so hard because I want people to be authentic and honest with what they want, with what they're looking for,. And then be in alignment with what they authentically want and go for that.
