What's Working and What Doesn't?
The company has shifted from gogledox to notion, which has been a massive unlock for us. We introduced the concept of levelling and like ascribing levels to people after half the company joined. And so all of a sudden we're like adding structure that defines your role that didn't exist before. You add these things over time, and that makes it really complex,. Because people join at different moments, and their assumptions about what work was need to change as the company adds more strettur.
