Gergason's Perjury Charge

Gergason pleads guilty to perjury and violation of the immigration law in January of 1933. Judge John C. Knox was informed that the Department of Labor decided to forgive, though not forget, Gergason's transgressions. The judge said he had little cause if indeed there can be cause or justification for purgering himself.
