The DSM-4 definition of antisocial personality disorder is pervasive pattern of disregard for in violation of the rights of others that occur since you know, 15 or 18 years old. The framing of what antisocial even is is also really open to interpretation because it is characterized by being out of sync with quote unquote normal societal norms. And I would say that it's still a contested like like lots of personality disorders.
