When i'm doing rows, i'm at least training my bicep through a range of motion. It's not just stabilizing swhati'm saying, when you're using your corps as a stabilizer, you're strengthening it. An alisition lift. T doesn't mean you have a very strong quotumquote, corps, because you're not training it through full range ocean. But i still think that that person is in a way better position than somebody who is not training. If i had an order of operation on this person, riwho'd like trains dead lifting and squatting and good corps bracing, but then not training their corps, i actually would prioritize
