Is a Mechanical Confusion a Good Candidate?

When a patient presents to the emergency department when we're trying to make a decision on imaging whether they are a candidate for mechanical convictmy, that's fantastic. We actually go through the history, assess the clinical neorological deficits, and then look at the images. If there is a large vessel acluion, the advice is, if they have facilities and the availability of tromolicis, we make a decision about trobolizing the patient on sight and then urgent transfer to a intervention centre here. But most of the time we don't do that, because a majority of the cases we don't have a scan available either. So we want patient to come here. As
