CNN's John Defterios reports that Donald Trump is planning a two billion dollar presidential library and museum. He says the president has been holding on to classified documents in order to keep them from being made public. The project will be funded by his supporters, but he doesn't know how much money they'll have for it or what kind of sign would go up at the entrance.
