Is the European Central Bank Trying to Buy Stocks With an Arm and Leg?
I think this is about as green a light you can get from central banks to buy stocks with an arm and a leg. Andreas: Wouldn't that mean that they are getting really concerned about perhaps how slow things will get or the lag effect of the policy they've put into place? I wouldn't find it fair to assume that the European economy is losing steam right now rather the contrary is the case.
