How to Deal With Anxiety in a Crisis

I live in a rural area so I've not had great experiences with my local emergency room. Like if something were to happen to me like no one's gonna be able to do anything about it. My local emergency room is notorious for Not being good at dealing with mental health situations. So that really contributes to everything and also I imagine you know going to the hospital the emergency room like costs a lot of money.
