Developing a Spend Analysis Organization
In a developing state, you're centralizing it under at least one individual. You've invested the time to have a full time resource that's focused on analysis. The third level here is mature people. Seems to me s there may not be a ton of difference between the developing stage two to stage three.You stop people. What's the difference? I would say. In a developing an analytic team might just have a business analyst who knows whose good tot excel. But then you start gettig into a more mature state, and they've got more business intelligence skills,. They may have some data sciencep abilities. They may have just more advanced analytic skills.
