The Importance of Practicing What You Preach

In my personal opinion, even if I were supposed to write a book on technical chess or maybe on strategy once again, basically I put a lot of emphasis on not only explaining the motif but also demonstrating how it is going to work in practice. And there's a very important reason for that because even if we are able to learn some piece of strategy, you know, some kind of information pertaining to strategy, we go to our over-the-board game and apply it in practice. We still need to bring the full point how we need to prepare for what comes next. So this is this holistic approach to teaching chess.
