Ukrainian Civil Liberties in the Russian Federation
Mikhail Safa is a political scientist with numerous publications under his belt he also serves on the expert council of the Center for Civil Liberties based in Kiev. Mikhail alleges that Ukrainian civilians have been kidnapped by Russian army personnel or Russian proxies and subjected to torture and generally poor treatment. Also alleges that Russia has committed war crimes we've not been able to verify these reports ourselves but the UN says that a number of Ukrainians have been arbitrarily detained and subject to enforce disappearances in Russian controlled areas.
