If you take meditation as something painful, unpleasant, poisonous, bad, hard, you are on the wrong foundation. We should meditate and develop a practice of meditation because we want to, because it helps us work. In that way, then your meditation will be easy. It will nourish you. It will grow you, and you will love it. Nothing in life will give you as much. And i speak that from experience.
