In the tool of trading case, Craig Wright claims to be Satoshi Nakamoto. He's suing Bitcoin developers and other industry participants for infringing on his OA intellectual property rights. But these are court cases that are happening in the UK; we're talking about licenses from US-based institutions. How does geography play into this? Right? Or does it not matter? Well, I actually don't think these court cases would have really gotten off the ground in the US if you want.
