Sally Kohn: The U.S. was susceptible to the China shock or to automation that we weren't particularly good at adjusting it. She says there's a chance to think about this in a different way, like investing in people. Kohn: We may be at a point where we need to do a lot of retraining and investing in workers who are displaced.
