Erlick: If you want to do it full time, i recommend getting a job at a commercial brokerage. You learn a ton from everybody that is there. In you get access to deals and potentially partner up and put your commission into the deal. There are so many resources on line nowadays. A tovidios pod casts,. going to conferences, oh, my goodness, i cannot state important it is to go to conferences and meet people face to face and build relationships.
