Building Capacity in a Team
The trick there I think is not just setting it up as we've just described but is then make is then helping the team stick with it. These little micro experiments can really build capacity in a team in a very simple but elegant way. It's only when we make meaning that we actually start to learn you know, so try something new putting it into practice and then reflecting on that starts to build that new capacities into the team.
