When you advance into mid career or acquire senior positions, it becomes much more common that you are actually speaking with these people who are having the most impact and your question. And I certainly read the research papers of my, of my colleagues and friends to figure out the distal thoughts. So reading a paper gives you, or should give you much more details about the research work and challenges than just a five, ten minutes chat. Now, there's different aspects to that.
