I love your expression of it, this desire for adventure and this desire for groundedness. And just how individual the expression of these different longings is for each person. A person might both want to go to art school and go to law school or both want to feel like they're fancy free and alone with no children. It's so confusing to feel these truly opposing desires showing up inside of us.
