Datetime-Only Structs in Donna 6

Andrei: Up until now in Donna 8, you only have one type called datetime. From Donna 6, at least Michael is going to introduce two separate structs, date and time. These two types will be called datetime-only. Felicity forward takes hours, minutes, seconds and eventually the milliseconds as well.
