Is There Any Good Work on Liberalizing Adoption or Foster Homes?

As a libertarian have you looked much into or written much about options around like the liberalization of adoption and foster homes. Is there any good work on like liberalizing these kinds of things that would give runaway teens a better option than obviously than prostitution? I think it's shiny how much resources we do have out there for either teenage runaways or or abused women or just people who are choosing to sell sex only because they have no other options"
