The divergences are incredibly important and so that's definitely what you want to look for in a bear market. The NASDAQ was doing just after after September there was just like this punishing punishing move down, but then of course the 9/11 tragedy took its toll on stocks as well. eBay was one of the bases kind of formed really I mean sure you had eBay while the stock markets were going through an up-and-down period.
