How Do We Handle Ethics Around Autonomous Systems?

I worked for general dynamics for about half my caree, asoi. Didn't do any work enreactors. But how do we handle ethics around autonomous systems? Like, let's say you ware at riptide, right? And rip tide decided to make something that could explode autonymously or fire a projectile autonymously. I mean, iam not skilled to be having that conversation in detail. What we tend to build is built o basicaly navy requirement and navy specification. So how are they going to use it? That, to some extent, separates the o the defense contractors from the challenge.
