You Know the Key Foundations to Be Able to Hand Stuff Off
Sean: The ability to hand stuff off is absolutely huge and I think that goes back to what all of you said before which is understanding the purpose and understanding what success looks like. No manager really wants to be in their fruiting phase because it's super exhausting distracting and expensive, so keep good people in-house. Paige: As your team scales up and tries to do more things fast make sure that you you put some kind of restrictor plate on how many of those things are in play at anyone's home.
