The Crutch Words in Podcasts Can Be a Problem for Language Learners

Language learners more than native speakers, sometimes they're translating in their head from their head. They need that extra time so they use a disfluency. Or maybe their brain is trying to catch up or there's something going on. So my reason for bringing this to people's attention is not to stop them completely, it's to make the students aware that they're doing it because very often they don't know.
