The prophecy of the New Covenant is that Jesus will be called the Lord our righteousness. That'll be his name. And you know what? I think this conversation is lost on us as a church culture and a larger culture because even in this conversation we've used the wordrighteous so many times. Just to put it simply, there's no law left for you to keep. It's done. The law is fulfilled. So you're not looking at the last day right now saying, I hope I've done enough. You just haven't. But Christ has and it was enough for you."
