Impostor Sindrum and Sewing

i'd love to know just a little definition of impostor sindrom for our listeners, if you could give that to us. In the episode, we talked about how some psychologists think that impostor singem should actually be renamed perceived fraudulence. So im postrsinderum can manifest in a lot of different ways, especially with social media. For me, i think it manifests itself from something that i learned growing up about how we are not meant to celebrate ourselves, and we are nogh. If somebody is speaking out, don't automatically come to the defence of your white friend, because maybe you have a friend who said it was ok. And really trying to listen
