The manduke says, when you look at yourself, you will find four aspects. When i say self, the word used in the manduke is atma. The sanscrit is soamatma catuspat this very self has four aspects. We have a waking experience, a dream experience and a deep sleep experience. These are the first three aspects of the self. And then comes a stage every day we experience it.
