And so you can't treat that lightly. You have to go into a what what would ilt be like if you weren't the glue? What might happen then? What would you feel like if you didn't take that step for them?" These are deep questions, right? They will tend to get at the anxiety or the emotional motives behind their over performing and stepping in too much.
