Is There a Transparency in the Work That's Getting Done?

If you're not technical or they've never worked with a technical team before, they probably don't understand what do I get for two weeks of a full-time programmer. My opinion here is about transparency into the work that's getting done. So like helping them to understand where the project is at and what their pace is, I think is probably really important.
