The Importance of Scheduled Work

What you should focus on if your work and personal life is out of balance and you feel totally unhappy and unfulfilled.  

In this video coaching newsletter, I discuss an email from a viewer who makes around $100,000 per year working for a major US corporation. He’s also just started a small business. He says that he works seven days a week and seventy-six hours per week at his job after getting a recent promotion. He goes to the gym three to four days per week. Because of his demanding work schedule, he does not have much free time to enjoy his life or to meet and date the kind of women he really wants. He’s been on three dates over the past month. One of the women did not like him and he says that the other two demanded money for sex. He says that he feels totally unhappy and unfulfilled in his life. He asks my opinion on what he can do to attract higher quality women since he feels that things are just not happening in his personal life.
