The Herd, the Herd Mentality

In a conventional school, you're really lacking in these different interactions that are organic versus a teacher. So to be able to talk to each other, no, look at the eyes and talk to one another. I feel that's so important and a monster to be in. And they teach it as a herd, you know? Yes. It's not as individual children. It's changing, but they're always seen as a class and as a batch and not as an individual kind of thing. That image also is a thing,. then it's still not abstract enough. But when they apply it, you know, then it becomes a learning for themselves and it stays with them. Yeah.
