Do You See a Generational Effect in Universities?
When we started speech first in 2018 it was right after there was a whole big slate of cancellations. Every year I guess around this time is when students start to protest about oh I don't like this person as our graduation speaker and then universities for the next two or three years they invited a bunch of milk toast,. wonder bread, super boring celebrities who wouldn't say anything controversial. Instead of having luminaries that might say something a little bit provocative it was just a bunch of boring celebrities.
