The Constitutional Prohibition on Citizenship Stripping

There is no constitutional prohibition on citizenship stripping per se. The question before the High Court in Alexander case was who could do the citizenship stripping? Is it a power that is to be exercised by the judiciary exclusively or is it a power of the executive? We'll leave that debate between the different judges issues for the future but we'll leave that to one side at least.
