The Missouri Department of Conservation's stooge, Greg Hitchens, has a hidden camera on his shoulder. The cameras catch him incriminating himself left, right and center on camera. They even snag a pair of Colorado and Belarusians buying three female paddlefish in a parking lot operated by the US Army Corps of Engineers. And one night Hitchens, or Hamilton, wakes in his trailer to the sound of a fight breaking out nearby.
