The Rise of the Far Left in the Social Sciences

In the social sciences, somewhere around 90% to 95% of the faculty are left of the American mainstream. Of that, about half of them are really far left. Almost 40% of these nearly 2000 faculty from across the disciplines, self-identified as radicals or activists. They don't mean to the conspiratorial way, but it's been effectively captured by the progressives left.
