The most spiritual concept on the planet is that you don't need your physical biological form to be a wonderful being. So number one is, welcome them. Number two is teach them. And i think the big struggle for us as humanity is teaching them. The only two values that we agree on as humanity is the value of happiness. It is innate in all of us. We may manifest that desire differently and go through different paths to get to it. If we can show those values insistently, then something amazing will happen.
