I didn't start till i was forty, and it was daunting. And i did have a coach, and i do realize i had the privilege of being able to afford a coach. So i really value the muscle on my body. Buti, i mean, if i could get everybody listening to embark on one thing, i would encourage them to find a way to learn how to strength train safely. You can't outlift your diet. It's fundamentally fundamentally about protecting you through this journey of life where you know where you're meeting with environmental toxins. I've seen some people thrive on resistance training even without a, without a test omeiten or plantar fasciitis
