I think in down markets, it takes the real sales person to succeed. And you have to be able to adapt. What's a leader's role if they're going to help elevate a team? I've used it for having an intentional plan for everything I've done. You don't advance steals in the pipeline unless you reach all of those specific criteria. So it's just focusing on that process.
