Edward Jenner, Doctor and Vaccinator of the Smallpox Virus
Edward Jenner, he was a British doctor and surgeon. He innovated the vaccine for the smallpox virus. Smallpox claimed about half a million people's lives in way of age in western Europe in those late decades of the 1700s. People who grew up on dairy farms or like worked around cows constantly would get a form of the pox called cow pox.
