The Law in China

China wants to be viewed as a country where rule of law is practised. A huge volume of materials are produced, from regulatory agencies to the national people's congress on a wide variety of areas. You can often predict what's going on in china by following its five year plans and road maps. The story of shin jang is not a technological one. It's a story of ethnic hatred and discrimination. And that is an older story than any technologis. We all have anxiety about how technology could be used against us. These are issues that we're facing in every country.
