The Origins of Liquid Death

Liquid death was founded in 2010 to help rock stars with hydration problems. The idea came from monster energy, a brand that sponsored an alternative music tour called the warp tour and this was an early energy drink date. Bands who were on the tour didn't like drinking energy drinks so Monster Energy made cans of water which they gave to the band but it wasn't for sale. Mike: "I remember just thinking how come healthy product don't market in the same fun or reverent way"
