In government, trying to make something happen in a big public service, you do need to be in touch with the front line. It's not enough just to track the data and sit in White Holy Spirit. You have to really try and understand how people are thinking. So that to me, we always say, go to the frontline. Although it's simple, it's not easy. Well, unfortunately, people are at the heart of it,. And perhaps there's something that human beings are rather quirky, irrationally logical, and absurd, and emotional at times. Yes. The unpredictability of how people are going to react and all of that is very important.
