The French capital has three thousand homeless people. 250 of them were really bad, and those were the ones costing the find either way,. 220 million dollars a year to care for. If you could give these people 50 thousands dollars a year, and you're giving the tax payers a huge break. Now, of course, you don't want to go around giving junkeys. They don't spend that money. It's the cops that have to come in the hospital this night. But i'm just saying, as if the total cost is that much, than at least universal basic income, you'd think would be better.
