The Ocean Is an Incredible Thing, Right?
There are still many questions to be answered about the subject. I for one, it's an entirely subjective experience. How can we even know for sure whether people are having these experiences? How can we know that they're not just going out into the wilderness, being alone out there and going crazy? What if they're just claiming to have some special experience and they're not actually having it? See, collectively, as a species, we were confused for a long time about the sublime. And what people started to do was head out into the Wilderness, not in spite of these sublime experiences, but in search of them.
